◆ Artist's Notes ◆
Mental health is poor, but I'm doing my best!

Please read through this document if you are purchasing artwork from me, Blackveii.
By commissioning me, you agree to abide by my terms of service. Failure to comply will result in being blacklisted from future dealings.

 I. General  

◆ My commissions are not FCFS (First-come-first-served),
this means that someone that orders after you may have their commission done before yours.
◆ All artworks are prohibited to be used as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or used, modified or recreated by AI (Artificial Intelligence). Commercial rights do not grant the right to be used as NFTs or in AI.
◆ All artworks are digital, no physical item(s) will be shipped.
◆ All images are 360 dpi, the canvas size however, is variable.
◆ Payment must be sent within 48 hours. If not fulfilled, I will consider the order to be cancelled.

 II. Payment  

◆ Full payment upfront. Payment plans can be negotiated, however full payments take priority.
◆ When paying via PayPal, only send payment via the invoice link given.
◆ Payment plans are available for commissions $200 and up, with a minimum deposit of $50. The commission slot will be held for the buyer, but the artwork will not be completed until it is paid in full.
◆ No refunds, reversals, chargebacks or anything of the sort. Once you send payment, that is final. I will only provide a full refund if I am unable to complete your commission and I have not yet started.

 III. Communication  

◆ Communication will be carried out on either Discord or VGen. You may request to communicate via email.
◆ If purchasing commercial rights, merchandising rights or an NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement), it is highly recommended to carry out all communication via email.

 IV. Service  

◆ I generally do not accept tight deadlines. If you need to have an artwork done within a shorter timeframe, you will need to pay a Rush fee (price variable depending on the timeframe).
◆ Emotes, Carrds, Reference Sheets, and Custom Character Designs come with commercial rights included.
◆ Commissions may take anywhere between 1 to 6 months to complete, though typical turnaround time is within 2 weeks.
◆ Once I've started, I will send you a WIP to confirm whether you are satisfied with the sketch or not. If not, I will make revisions until you are satisfied with the sketch, after which I will start rendering the artwork. Only 2 free major revisions are given, after which will cost $15 per major revision. No further changes can be made once the sketch is approved.

 V. Permissions  

◆ You may re-upload an artwork you've commissioned with credits to me (Blackveii) as its creator.
◆ I retain the right to display the artwork as part of my portfolio and social media. If you need to have a completely private artwork, you will need to pay an NDA fee.
◆ You may request to remain anonymous when I post your commission on my portfolio or social media.
◆ All artworks are for personal use only. For commercial or merchandising rights, a license must be purchased.
◆ Do not claim artwork I've created as your own work. Even if you purchase commercial or merchandise rights, you cannot claim the artwork as your own work.
◆ Commercial rights allows for usage in digital monetized content such as videos, thumbnails, social media branding and streaming.
◆ Merchandising rights allows for usage in digital monetized content such as videos, thumbnails, social media branding and streaming, along with creating and re-selling your own physical products made using the commissioned artwork.
